Together we will have an opportunity to explore your values + felt senses as a way to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
The work we do is layered and titrated and moves at the pace of the nervous system in front of us. Healing happens in relationship. and cultivating deep belonging in relationship often looks quite slow and steady.
At Topaz, we practice feeling emotions in the moment, while offering curiosity towards our impulse to change or “fix” them. We practice slowing down our reaction time, so we can meet our emotional + embodied experiences with care and curiosity. We practice trusting that even our most uncomfortable sensations are guides here to highlight important knowings or offer us some wisdom.
Together, we get to explore how our unresolved patterns are replaying in an attempt to have a different ending to the original story of wounding. In this process, we practice allowing past versions selves to be heard, while leaning on the resilience that the present you has to offer.
We are invited to sit in in the paradox of our human nature to see what we wants to emerge from the messiness of our journeys.
At Topaz, we use the word “our” quite intentionally. We are kin and we are pack animals, our instincts are to be connected with one another as we tend to our individual journeys.
While we believe that healing happens in the context of relationships, it’s understandable to want to engage in some healing work independently at times. You may choose to explore the resources in the Topaz Healing Library on your own or within your community.
